DESCRIPTION:\n \n \n \n \nElder and Estate Attorneys are often called at the height of a long-term care crisis. This webinar is meant to expand the conversation for long-term care crisis planning that lawyers and other key professionals such as financial advisors, insurance professionals and accountants who share a client can and should have before a crisis occurs. A client's Long-Term Care dilemma will affect many besides the client. Opening the three doors that take into account others who are impacted by an LTC crisis allows all the key professionals to expand the LTC conversation to targeted planning and precise preparation that ultimately requires all their expertise and cooperation. This can minimize any crisis. When attorneys include a client’s financial advisors on all levels in this crisis planning the client and their agents, family members and support team can make informed decisions.\n \n \n \n\n\n\n \nOur Speaker\n \nCathy Sikorski, Esq.is a practicing and consulting Elder Law attorney for over 30 years. She writes and speaks to promote financial and legal preparation in the aging crisis. She has authored Showering with Nana: Confessions of a Serial (killer) Caregiver and Who Moved My Teeth?
