DESCRIPTION:\nThis session will cover the need for modest estate owners (under $13 million) to have an estate plan.  We will address various post-mortem elections, including portability and compare it to conventional planning with a credit shelter trust.   We will also cover various administrative and fiduciary elections available during the administration of the estate including the filing of the decedent's final 1040 and the estate's fiduciary return.  Finally, we will address elections and planning when the decedent was a partner in a partnership or shareholder of an S corporation.  \n \n1 hour of Continuing Education credit is offered for this course for PA Attorneys, Accountants, CFPs and Insurance Professionals.\n \nOur Speaker\n \nWith over 43 years of accounting experience, Jordon N.
