About the Speaker:
Ms. Lawson is the Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Prior to taking office in January of 2024, Ms. Lawson maintained her own law practice, focusing largely on Wills, Estates and Family Law matters. In that practice, she handled many matters in the surrounding five-county area. Ms. Lawson is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association as well as the Trust and Estates, Solo Practice and Diversity Committees of the Bar Association. She is a member of the executive board of the PA Register of Wills Association. Ms. Lawson attended Penn State University where she received a degree in Telecommunications and received her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law School.
